Here's a brief overview of why we are doing this study.

Engaging in exercise has many benefits for physical and mental health, including changing how we respond to social events throughout the day. The type of workout, the amount of time engaging in it, and the intensity of the activity are all features that determine how well exercise helps individuals cope. In this study, we hope to determine how exercise that is performed at different intensities influences the way people think and feel in response to a social interaction.
